Refund/Return Policy

We are not able to accept returns or provide refunds on our fabrics. If we sent you the wrong item in error, please contact us and we will find a solution. If you find any significant (2cm square) flaws in your fabric please contact us, so we can help with that. Please do not return anything without our approval.

Fabric colours

We do our best to post our product pictures with the most accurate colours. However, every screen display varies and therefore the colours you see may not be exactly as they appear. We are not able to offer refunds based on colour variations. We are happy to assist you in matching your fabrics prior to placing your order. Please contact us at sally@glasswingfabrics.com.

Order Cancellations

We are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
